1. Monthly Payments: All monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded or credited to your account.

2. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, please note that cancellation will not affect any payments already made. Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
